Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the winvp platform ("Platform") and all related services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

winvp operates a safe and reliable online casino and sports betting platform for players in Bangladesh. Our services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

Throughout these Terms, "you" or "user" refers to any person who uses the winvp website or services. "winvp", "we", or "Platform" refers to the company that operates winvp.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. winvp may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time and request the necessary documents. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited balance.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details secure. All activity carried out from your account will be considered your responsibility. Do not share your password or account details with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the winvp support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

winvp currently supports transactions through the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Accepted methods:

3.2 Deposit Limits & Rules

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. The maximum deposit amount may vary depending on your account level and verification status.

Deposited funds must be sent from your own personal mobile banking account. Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted and such transactions may be refunded or forfeited.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits & Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the original deposit.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

winvp is committed to preventing money laundering (Anti-Money Laundering) and terrorist financing. We monitor any suspicious financial activity and reserve the right to suspend or reject transactions where necessary. Failure to cooperate with account verification may result in withdrawal suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

winvp offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → Total balance ৳62,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must fulfill a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may benefit from each promotion only once.
• Bonuses may only be used in designated games or betting categories.
• winvp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• A promotion cannot be used together with another promotion at the same time, unless explicitly stated.

VIP Program & Cashback

5.1 VIP Tiers

winvp's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can gradually advance to higher tiers based on your play type and volume. Each tier comes with additional benefits and priority support.

5.2 VIP Terms

winvp reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure, cashback rates, or benefits at any time. VIP status is non-transferable and is linked to a specific account only.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

winvp is committed to ensuring fair play. All game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and not predetermined.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Misuse of software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technological advantage.
• Exploiting game errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to influence outcomes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's technical systems.
• Fraudulent use of any bonus or promotion.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a server error, disconnection, or any other technical issue, winvp may, at its discretion, void the bet or restore the game session. In such cases, winvp's decision will be considered final.

Limitation of Liability

8.2 Internet & Connectivity Issues

8.3 Maximum Liability

In any circumstances, winvp's total liability will not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the past 30 days. winvp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

9.2 Account Closure or Suspension by winvp

winvp may close or suspend an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of being a minor.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is causing problems for you, you may use the self-exclusion feature described in our Responsible Gaming section. Activating self-exclusion will restrict access to your account for a specified period.

Dispute Resolution

10.1 Submitting a Complaint

10.2 Dispute Process

10.3 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Every effort will be made to resolve any dispute amicably. Before taking legal action against any decision by winvp, you must first complete our internal complaints process.

Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between you and winvp and replace any prior oral or written understanding.

11.2 Assignment of Rights

You may not assign your rights or obligations under this agreement to any third party. winvp may, at its discretion, assign its rights under this agreement.

11.3 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is the primary and authoritative version. In the event of any discrepancy between any translation and the Bengali version, the Bengali version will prevail.
